📋 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ZeroKYC ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service"). By accessing our website, initiating a swap, or otherwise using any part of the ZeroKYC platform, you agree to these Terms unconditionally and in full.

If you are using ZeroKYC on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" include both you personally and that entity.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile device, or any other means. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

⚡ The Service

ZeroKYC provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency swap interface that enables users to exchange one supported cryptocurrency for another. The service is powered by third-party exchange infrastructure and functions as a front-end interface for routing swap transactions.

What we are: A swap interface. We facilitate the process of getting your chosen cryptocurrency to your chosen wallet in a different denomination.

What we are not: A bank, a financial institution, a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser, a custodian, or a money services business. We do not hold your funds. We do not manage your assets. We do not provide financial advice of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

🔒 No KYC Policy

ZeroKYC does not require identity verification of any kind. We do not collect, request, or store government-issued identification, proof of address, selfies, biometric data, or any other personal identifying documentation at any point during the use of our service — regardless of transaction size or frequency.

This is a core, foundational policy of our service and not a temporary feature. There are no thresholds above which KYC becomes required. There are no circumstances under which we will retroactively request identity documentation for a completed swap.

The only information you provide when using ZeroKYC is your destination wallet address, which is necessary solely to route your swapped funds. This address is used for transaction execution and is not linked to any identity profile, stored in any user database, or shared with any third party beyond what is technically necessary to process your swap.

✅ Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

By using ZeroKYC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal right and authority to use, send, and receive the cryptocurrency involved in any swap you initiate.
• Your use of this Service complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
• The funds you swap are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or financing of terrorism.
• You are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions or this type of service is prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any person or entity that is subject to sanctions imposed by any government or international body.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of ZeroKYC is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representations about the legality of the Service in any specific location. If you are unsure, consult a qualified legal professional before using the Service.

🔄 Swaps & Transactions

All swap transactions initiated through ZeroKYC are processed on public blockchain networks. By their nature, blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details — including destination wallet addresses, coin selections, and amounts — before initiating a swap.

We are not responsible for losses arising from:

• Incorrect wallet addresses entered by the user.
• Sending the wrong cryptocurrency to the deposit address.
• Sending an amount significantly outside the stated minimum or maximum for a given swap pair.
• Network congestion, blockchain delays, or miner/validator issues outside our control.
• User error of any kind during the transaction process.

Swap rates are provided as estimates at the time of swap creation. Final received amounts may vary slightly due to market fluctuations between the time the swap is created and the time it is processed. Floating rates are not guaranteed to be fixed.

We reserve the right to refuse to process, delay, or reverse any swap that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Service.

💱 Fees & Exchange Rates

ZeroKYC charges a service fee that is incorporated into the exchange rate displayed at the time of swap creation. There are no hidden fees added after the fact. The amount you see quoted as your estimated receive amount already reflects our service fee.

In addition to our service fee, standard blockchain network fees (commonly called "gas fees" or "miner fees") may apply to on-chain transactions. These are charged by the relevant blockchain network, not by ZeroKYC, and are outside our control. Network fees are typically reflected in the final amount delivered to your wallet.

Exchange rates are sourced from live market data and are subject to change at any time. Rates displayed on the platform are indicative only. The rate at which your swap is actually executed may differ from the rate shown at the time of swap creation, particularly during periods of high market volatility or network congestion.

ZeroKYC offers a 100% money-back guarantee for swap delays or failures that are attributable to our service or our underlying swap infrastructure — not to external blockchain network conditions or user error.

To invoke this guarantee, you must contact us with your swap details — including your transaction ID, deposit address, deposit amount, and the wallet address to which you wish the refund sent. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

The guarantee applies specifically to:

• Swaps that received a confirmed on-chain deposit but failed to deliver the output amount to the destination wallet.
• Swaps stuck in processing for an unreasonable period with no resolution provided.
• Technical failures on our end or our exchange partner's end that prevent a swap from completing.

The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by blockchain network congestion, incorrect addresses provided by the user, sending unsupported coins or amounts, or market conditions affecting the viability of a swap pair.

🚫 Prohibited Use

While ZeroKYC is committed to financial privacy and does not collect identity information, we strictly prohibit the use of our Service for illegal purposes. By using ZeroKYC you agree you will not:

• Use the Service to launder money or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Use the Service to finance terrorism, fund sanctioned individuals or entities, or support any activity prohibited by international law.
• Use the Service to process funds derived from fraud, theft, ransomware, extortion, or any other crime.
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, exploit, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or its underlying systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other non-human means to interact with the Service without our express written consent.
• Impersonate ZeroKYC, our staff, or any other person in connection with the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or any other.

Privacy is a right. Crime is not. ZeroKYC was built to protect financial privacy for ordinary people — not to facilitate harm. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is using the platform for prohibited purposes, without explanation and without liability.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroKYC, its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error, incorrect wallet addresses, or misdirected transactions.
• Losses arising from blockchain network failures, delays, or forks.
• Losses due to exchange rate fluctuations between swap creation and execution.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits of any kind.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any damages resulting from your reliance on the Service for any purpose.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of the transaction fee paid by you in connection with the specific swap giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroKYC and its operators, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service or any swap you initiate.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of the Service conducted through your session or with your wallet.

📝 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice such as a prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.
